The list of CAE (FEA/CFD/CAD) software is much longer than what I show on this pages and you probably should look for one which will be economically available, useful for the type of job you do and user friendly. Most commercial applications are user friendly and offer hands on tutorials, loads of presentations and technical support. Open source software is not always as easy to be used as the commercial versions but understanding of its functionality will develop some extra skills in the user e.g python programing, theory of FEA etc. I found this interesting website which compares few of the FEM Products.
